Fragen oan in âld Surhúster.

Dizze kear gong it foar my oars as oars. Ik sykje faaks kontakt mei de minsken fia Messenger op Facebook en dat gong dizze kear ek sa. We hienen dizze winter al berjochtjes nei elkoar stjoert en belle en ik krige doe ek te hearren fan Fayedat se nei Nederlân komme soe foar in familyreünie. Ik sei doe wat soe it moai wêze as we de family dan hjirmei ferrasse koenen. Omdat it fia de kompjoeter net slagge, soene we elkoar yn it echt sjen en dan dizze fragen ynfulle. Skandegenôch gong troch in misferstân hun reis net troch. Doe ha we wer mei elkoar belle en hawwe we de fragen sa troch naam.

Hoe âld binne jo: 83 jier

Binne jo troud? Ja, yn april 61 jier mei Hidzer Sietzema fan it Fean. Wy hawwe trije bern, Sietze, Menno en Richard , fiif lytsbern en ús earste oer pake/beppesizzer is ûnderweis. 

Wêr wenje jo no: Yn Olds, Alberta Kanada
Wat hat jimme dêr brocht? Myn broer, Frans, wurke yn Kanada en it wenjen dêr lyke ús ek wol wat ta. Yn 1981 krigen we eindelik in wurkfergunning foar 3 moanne. Dat waard ferlengt en úteindelik koene we der bliuwe. Hidzer wurke by in boer en letter hienen we sels in Dairy Farm. 

Wat doche jo no? Genietsje fan ús pensioen. Wegens de kjeld geane we fan oktober oant maaie altiten nei Mexico ta, dêr wennet myn suster ek. Dêr is it lekker waarm en dat is hearlik.

Wat binne dyn moaiste herinneringen oan Surhuzum? We koene eltsenien en ik fûn it sangkoar leuk, kuorkebaljen ha ik efkes dien mar ik fûn alles moai. 
Wat wie dyn favoriete plakje yn Surhuzum? De singel tichtby ús hûs op it Noard mar ek gewoan op de buorkerij.

Hast noch kontakt mei minsken (freonen as familje) yn Surhuzum? Mei de family wol hiel skande dat ús reis net troch gean koe. (Derneist hie ik ek sa’n sin oan in lekker Nederlâns lekkerbekje en in sâlte hjerring).
