Hoe âld bisto: 33 jier.

Fereale, ferlove as troud: Net ferlove as sa mar ik ha in partner en wy hawwe krekt in jonkje krigen. 

Wêr wennest no?  Yn Te Pahu flakby Hamilton yn Nij-Seelân

Wat hat dy dêr brocht: André de Haan. Hy hat my doe ris freege, yn 2008, as ik der ek nocht oan hie om mei him by syn maat oan it wurk te gean. Wist net ienris wer Nij-Seelân lei yn dy tiid. Doe ha ik mei skoalle regele dat ik in heal jier stage rinne koe. Wist ek net wat ik ferwachtsje moest. Mar dat befoel sa goed en ik woe doe eins al net nei hûs. En doe’t ik werom wie hie ik sa ûnwennich fan Nij Seelân. Ik koe it yn Fryslân, Surhuzum net meer fine. Yn de tuskentiid ha ik ek noch nei Canada west te stage rinnen, wat ek machtig moai wie, mar it hart wy al ferkocht oan Nij Seelân! Ik tocht altiten dat ik boere hulp as soks sa wat soe wurde oant ik yn Nij Seelân kaam, de kâns seach en it libben dêr, en ik tocht dat moat wêze, werom kinne je altiten. Ik ha myn skoalle doe ôf makke en ik bin yn 2012 wer nei Nij-Seelân gongen, ha noch nea ûnwennich west nei Fryslân gelokkich. Ik bin bliid dat ik opgroeit bin yn Surhuzum mar ek bliid dat ik hjir no wenje.

Wat dochst no? De earste 5 jier ha ik op molkfee bedriuwen oan it wurk west en letter bin ik by molkgeiten telâne kaam, wat ik no 7 jier doch. 

Wat binne dyn moaie herinneringen oan Surhuzum? Spulwike fûn ik altiten in moaie tiid, dan foaral de sjittent op ’e merke.

Wat wie dyn as je favorite plakje yn Surhuzum? Poeh... Bin safolle moaie plakken ha net echt favorite, mar we mochten froeger graach troch bûten gebieden toere mij ús Puchjes toen we in jier as 12/13 wienen.

Hast noch kontakt mei minsken (freonen, family) yn Surhuzum? Ja ha nog wol wat kontakt mei maten en family, net alle dagen meer sa as it west hat, je hawwe je eigen libben hjirre en rest dêr, je witte ek net altiten wat der spielet as foar hun wat hjir spielet dan is it soms moeilik om folle kontakt te hâlden.
Wat wolst fierder noch kwyt: Net safolle op sich mar as je der op út wolle “jo kinne altiten wer werom en wa wit fine jo wat wêr’t je net iens om sochten”.
